Devils Kitchen in Noosa National Park (in Queensland on Australia's East Coast) is a very special place of great spiritual significance to the local indigenous people. It echoes much myth and legend exudes a spiritual presence felt by most visitors. Late afternoon sunlight colours ominous clouds with orange to form a backdrop to this rugged escarpment. Light stretches its fingers downward toward the turbulent and dangerous waters below and illuminate the grasses there causing them to glow bright green against the cold grey blue rocks. Further down, darkness overshadows light and cliffs below begin to close into darkness once again as it has always done thru time in memoriam.
