A beautiful summers afternoon at Coolum beach. (in Queensland on Australia's Central East Coast) Just sitting, chilling and watching the waves roll in and crash against the rocky escarpments while gulls search the shores for their afternoon meal within the crystal-clear waters. Coolum beach is a favourite stretch of sand which I just love to stroll along and be inspired by, especially in this mid-afternoon light An exquisite and irresistible subject I can never resist painting.
