13th - 14th July (2 days)
at my Buderim studio - Sunshine Coast
Colouring up the outback will offer you fabulous opportunities to explore in paint our unique outback scenery, colours, distant mountains, vast open skies, gnarled trees, rocks, textures. Brush and palette knife techniques, etc. Apply what you learn into your own outback painting with 2 full days to complete. Don is there every step of the way and he also does live in-class demonstrations of his techniques.
(All student levels welcome)
Day 1..
Start by exploring in paint the unique outback colours, distant mountains, vast open skies, gnarled trees, rocks, textures. Brush and palette knife techniques, etc.. Then we make an interesting painting by days end.
Day 2..
Now you have a better understanding of the outback, it’’s colours and how to paint, we begin a second ‘fantastic outback painting’ where you apply what you have been learning and create your own painting with a full day to complete. Don is there every step of the way and he also does live in-class demonstrations of his techniques.
